Congratulations to District 1 Mock Trial winner Penn-Trafford High School, who claimed the trophy at the March 1 competition against Franklin Regional. Penn-Trafford advances to the Regional Competition, which will be held at the Westmoreland County Courthouse in March.
A big thank you to all the schools who participated this year (Derry Area High School, Franklin Regional Senior High School, Greensburg Salem High School, Kiski Area School District, Penn-Trafford High School, Southmoreland High School, and Valley High School), as well as all the coaches, volunteer jurors and jurists, timekeeper Jim Silvis, and coordinator Leo Ciaramitaro.
