Notice from the Court Administrator
The Office of the Westmoreland County Court Administrator is taking over duties as the new publisher of local rules. The office will continue to publish the local rules in accordance with the requirements of state law, and will continue to make all rules, including any new local rules or amendments available to subscribers. We are pleased to be able to provide you continued access to local rules and updates free of charge. We hope that our new system will provide simple and expedient access to our local rules.
